Three Strands Program
We believe that caring for the needs of our terminally ill neighbors happens more effectively when we work together. Three Strands is dedicated to assisting end-of-life professionals as a resource in their work by providing financial and emotional resources for terminally ill people and their families and providing educational opportunities about the end of life.
Through the Three Strands Program, Project 4031 commits to be a resource to those who seek to give dignity to death.
For additional resources available to help terminally ill people, see our Project 4031 Resource Page or call Project 4031 to speak to the Program Director at 817-653-8976. Also included on the Project 4031 Resource page is a reading list addressing issues of dying, death and grief and information about Sunset Suppers.
In addition, Project 4031 hosts quarterly Three Strands meetings to introduce end-of-life professionals to additional resources in the North Texas Community. If you would like to be included in the invitation, please call the Program Director at 817-653-8976 or email nicole@project4031.org. Previous Three Strands meetings have featured presentations from the following Community Partners:

If you are associated with a resource that hospice professionals could call on to serve their patients well and would like to present at a Three Strands meeting in the future, please call 817-653-8976 or email nicole@project4031.org.
